Legal Balance entered into a cooperation with APS CREDIT FUND SICAV

Legal Balance entered into a cooperation on 22 August 2022 with APS CREDIT FUND SICAV for the purchase of portfolios in Lithuania and Latvia.

APS CREDIT FUND SICAV represents an investment opportunity with the expected above-standard return. The newly established fund aims to purchase problematic overdue receivables. The fund manages and collects these receivables. The financing of the fund is provided both by its own resources and by private investors. APS CREDIT FUND SICAV present on NPL market nearly 20 years,  managed to take a leading position in 15 countries, operating mainly in Central and Southeastern Europe markets. Currently, they manage over 100 portfolios of overdue receivables with a total nominal value of more than EUR 10.3 billion.
